Eternal life is knowing God and His only son Christ Jesus

Genesis 6:8 (KJV)

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”

We are told in Genesis chapter 6 that when mankind began to increase, evil increased and everyone seemed to take pleasure in evil. God became so sorry that He had created man and promised to wipe out all creation from the face of the earth, but there was one man out of the many called Noah who didn't skip the notice of God. The bible says that Noah found favour in the eyes of the Lord. This was the first time the word Grace was used.

Even today there's a temptation to live like everyone else. The only difference between this generation and Noah's time is that there is so much knowledge we can learn from the past generations. Am sure in Noah's generation, people laughed at him for being different from the rest but he didn't change and the end result was that everyone perished and he survived.

Brethren the very grace Noah was granted, is the same grace God has given us through Jesus Christ. People may laugh at you for being different but stay calm for eternal life is yours. The bible tells us that eternal life is knowing God and His only son Christ Jesus (John 3:17)
