The foundation of Christianity is love

Ephesians 4:13 (KJV)

“Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

God's sole agenda is that every man is brought under the umbrella of Christ. This togetherness known as the unity of faith is achieved through the bond of love. The scripture says in Colossians 3:14, that over all virtues, we must put on love, which binds us all together in perfect unity.” Paul says the same when he noted in 1cor 8:1, "...that knowledge puffs up but love builds up."

God seeks that we operate on the foundation of Christianity which is love. God Himself started love by sending Jesus to die for us the undeserving. That's why many churches love singing the song "bind us together Lord,...bind us together with love." Every time we sing such songs, we remind ourselves of the things we ought to do so that the communication of our faith may become effectual in acknowledging of every good thing which is in you, in Christ Jesus.

Let's learn to love one another in the body of Christ. It may not be easy because of differing ideas but let the principle remain love, so that the man who doesn't know Christ may want to know of Him when they see us love.
