Dare to trust God

[1 Corinthians 1:18 (MSG)

“The Message that points to Christ on the Cross seems like sheer silliness to those hellbent on destruction, but for those on the way of salvation it makes perfect sense. This is the way God works, and most powerfully as it turns out.

The bible tells us in Romans 4:18 that Abraham was first named "father"and then he became a father because he dared to trust God to do what only God could could. So here is what we can learn from Abraham's life, we must dare to trust God and see ourselves as he sees us.

For example 1Peter 2:9 says that we a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people;- but many people choose to first work to be holy so that they can be called holy. Brother/sister trust me you may never reach that level of holiness because by yourself, you can't. Choose to trust God by believing what He says about you and surely you will be holy.

‭‭

In-fact the only time you call yourself something is when you are a nobody. That's called crazy faith because we choose to take God at His word than the prevailing circumstances around us. Call yourself rich at the time there is no coin in the wallet. Call yourself healthy when the doctors say that your disease will end to death. Call yourself the head when surely your marks in class are saying otherwise. That is the foolishness in the gospel and the way God works.

Blessed weekend
