What do you see?

Genesis 13:14-15 (ERV) “After Lot left, the Lord said to Abram, “Look around you. Look north, south, east, west. All this land that you see I will give to you and your people who live after you. This will be your land forever.” God promised to give Abraham whatever land he saw. God is that loving, he desires to give us more than we ask or imagine. Am sure Abraham didn’t see only Canaan, he saw the whole world and that’s why you and me are among his posterity of faith. We are among the millions of children God promised Abraham and we carry the same DNA of faith like our father Abraham. Dear child of God, don’t let the devil see for you what you are mandated to see for yourself in faith. In Matthew 4:8, in the temptation of Jesus, the devil tried to do the same thing which God did for Abraham. He showed Jesus all the kingdoms and wealth of the earth and promised to give it to Him if Jesus bowed down and worshiped him. The same thing the devil still does today. He will show you how he has all the money and wealth and many people have fallen prey to this temptation including some church leaders. All the silver and gold belong to God and not the devil, so you ought not bow down to the devil to get what already belongs to you. Jesus shed his precious blood to give you everything that belongs to Him. So don’t let the devil see for you what belongs to you. Learn to see for yourself through the eyes of faith inherited from our father Abraham.
