Let the Spirit circumcise your heart if you are to live

Exodus 4:24 (AMP) “Now it happened at the lodging place, that the LORD met Moses and sought to kill him [making him deathly ill because he had not circumcised one of his sons].” In the days of the law, God was prompt with action that He would deal immediately with anything that was in disarray with the order He had commanded. Moses nearly died because of sheer failure to follow the simple law of circumcision yet he was to teach laws to the nation of Israel. As much as the circumcision law will not affect us today in the physical because Christ already poured his blood for us, if we don’t mind about the circumcision of our hearts, then we shall die spiritually after this life on earth. No corrective measure can be done at that time but the measure is now. Just believe in Jesus and follow His precepts. Paul tells us in Romans 2:29 that true circumcision is done in the heart. It is done by the Spirit, not by the written law. And anyone who is circumcised in the heart by the Spirit gets praise from God, not from people. Allow your heart to be circumcised by the Spirit of God.
